Hello! I’m a Clinical Psychologist with an MPhil in Clinical Psychology from Manipal College of Health Professions. Prior to this, I completed a Master of Science in Neuropsychology and a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Psychology at CHRIST (deemed to be) University. If you’re reading this, you may be feeling overwhelmed, unsure, or weighed down, and seeking a safe space to be yourself. As a professional who provides mental health services, I understand the importance of support on your journey. Hello. I am K. Sai Sudha, a Preschool Educator, Counsellor, and RCI-registered Rehabilitation Professional (Special Educator – Intellectual Disabilities). I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology with a background in Special Education and Home Science. With my experience as a primary school teacher and counsellor in schools, juvenile settings, and government mental health facilities, I have also collaborated with counseling psychologists to enhance mental health services. My passion lies in child development, special education, and emotional well-being, which often includes conducting psychological evaluations to better support children's needs.

Hi, I'm Lijith Lohidhakshan, a counseling psychologist dedicated to providing mental health services that help clients manage various concerns such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, self-esteem concerns, work and academic stress, and sexual wellness. I believe that clients are the experts of their own lives, and my role as a collaborator involves utilizing techniques from CBT, ACT, and person-centered therapy, as well as conducting psychological evaluations to support them in addressing their concerns.
