Pragnya Nidugonda, a licensed Clinical Psychologist and founder of Gyan Psyche, is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health services. With extensive training across India, the UK, and the UAE, she holds dual master’s degrees and an MPhil in Clinical Psychology from a prestigious Indian institute.
Her expertise includes therapy for ADHD, anxiety, depression, and autism, as well as specialized techniques like DBT, Trauma-Focused ACT, CBT, EFT, Parent Management Training, and Grief Work. She offers psychometric assessments, psychotherapy, and clinical supervision, addressing relationship issues and stress management. Pragnya's client-centered approach fosters self-acceptance, empowerment, and personal growth, guiding individuals toward mental well-being with clarity and care.
